The Sacred Truth
the Sacred Truth
"Dreaming for your marriage is so special. Love
is in those little details."
Cara has been married for 18 years to her husband Adam. They have five children, and live on a homestead in Missouri. Their marriage journey has included significant challenges and remarkable joys.
After many years of healing her own marriage, God placed on her heart to help other couples. She helps women experience healing in their marriage by stepping into their God-given femininity. Start the inner work with her guides, podcast, coaching, masterclasses and marriage course.
"It can feel so lonely to struggle, yet we all do at times. The good news is we don’t struggle alone. I’ve felt this in my own marriage, personal and business struggles, but God has drawn me closer and showed me more of himself, which is what I needed most."
We had many reasons for moving, but one of the biggest was for our youngest son, Zeke. Being up North in Pennsylvania was beautiful but the winters were harsh for our little guy. For a Down Syndrome baby, the smallest setback can cause great distress for the body, development and immune system. When Zeke was prescribed a nebulizer to use consistently during the winter months due to chronic conditions of bronchitis and even pneumonia...we realized his health was our absolute priority.
We understand so well how important it is to have quality health coverage, and as business owners, we found it hard to come by.
Over the last fourteen years, we have dedicated our lives to building an enormous Company that offers multiple health insurance options for individuals, families and businesses nationwide. From traditional health insurance, to private companies and Christian Health-sharing plans- we literally know the industry inside and out!
Marriage is hard, right? Is there such a thing as happily ever after?
In this beautiful and honest conversation, I sit down with my sweet friend Cara Nitz, a woman with such a tender heart for helping couples grow stronger in their marriages. Cara shares her journey in marriage ministry and opens up about the real, raw, and redemptive work of fighting for your marriage—not just surviving it.
We talk about the power of communication, the importance of healing past wounds, and how understanding the dynamic of masculinity and femininity can bring so much clarity and peace into a relationship. Cara also speaks truth into some of the common struggles couples face—like shame, resentment, and disconnection—and how we can begin to overcome them with intention, grace, and the support of community.
This episode is for anyone who desires a marriage that doesn’t just “make it,” but flourishes. Whether you’re in the thick of it or simply longing to reconnect on a deeper level with your spouse, you’ll feel seen, encouraged, and equipped.
