A former Teacher, I have always had a heart for educating. To this day, I believe it holds the power to seize our dreams and make them a reality.

I am now the Vice President of Earp Enterprises Inc., a national company founded by my husband Dale Earp. If you don’t already know my husband, well…he is a phenomena and you should totally read his book! I also am a Partner in our software company, EARPware. When I look back now at how far I've come and how God took His little flower and made her blossom...I am humbled.

Ten years ago we had a dream…one that started small, and grew exponentially. Earp Enterprises is a National Marketing Organization that holds all of the contracts for Insurance Companies pertaining to Life, Health & Medicare. We worked hard and are so proud of the empire we built together. A few years later, along came two beautiful boys... another company EARPware, and multiple brands.

In the beginning of my journey, I longed for meaningful relationships with other women whom I could learn from, grow with and do life with. After my second son was born, we learned that he had Down Syndrome...and our lives were turned upside down. For a long time, I withdrew further into myself...trying hard to cope with this new reality and figure out how we were going to navigate life going forward. I was scared and felt so inadequate at everything I was doing. Fast forward- God answered my prayers and has blessed me with many beautiful friendships...which helped me realize that we are not meant to do this work alone. God created us to thrive together, for we truly ARE better together!

This catapulted my desire to bring women together, to encourage and inspire. Thus, my Podcast Heels, Handbags & Hustle was born. I have loved sharing my story and countless other stories of women who, just like me, have risen above hardships, obstacles and fears...and triumphed in spite of it all. I believe that as women, we are meant to link arms and help each other live our best lives.

I am also an Author of historical fiction, poetry, website content, insurance courses, magazines and ghost writing. My podcast Heels, Handbags & Hustle is dedicated to encouraging women in the workplace to become confident, secure and inspired in their work and femininity. In my podcast, I candidly share my journey as a mom of two boys, one with Down syndrome, the struggles of parenting, the art of working with my husband and balancing my career with mom life.
