meet Rene
René Banglesdorf is an entrepreneur, business strategist, author, podcast host, public speaker and board member. She is the founder and CEO of The Aviation Collective, a leadership development company specifically designed to help aviation professionals and emerging leaders. René has served hundreds of business owners as a high-performance business coach over the last five years.
Additionally, she was the co-founder of Charlie Bravo Aviation, a company that sells private jets –spanning nearly $1B in sales in 44 different countries under her tenure as CEO. René served on the FAA’s Women in Aviation Advisory Board and is current Chair of the Ohio University Department of Management and Strategic Development Advisory Board. René earned her private pilot license in 2021.
Books are a shy girl’s best friend, and René loved them from a very young age. Her writing career began when she studied journalism at Ohio University. Her bashfulness was finally banished when she moved from journalism into a marketing career, which eventually morphed into success as an international private jet sales company CEO. Her love of story remained as constant as her love for Jesus, and she finds writing fiction even more rewarding than flying airplanes (which she does as often as she can). René makes her home in Fort Worth, Texas, near her children and grandkids.
