Defining who you Are

with Michelle Berndt

meet Michelle

Michelle is a cancer survivor, former Mrs. Texas, mother, wife and corporate businesswoman who serves as the VP of Sales for OneShare Health.

In 2012, Michelle went through a bilateral mastectomy, then chemo, radiation and a hysterectomy. She shares her journey with stage three breast cancer, surviving and entering a competition for Mrs. Texas after battling for her life- and she WON!

Even while having to wear a wig because she lost her hair during chemo, and struggling with her new "normal" after her breasts were removed, she wanted to help other women discover that true beauty comes from within, not from the labels we give ourselves. So much of what she felt had defined her femininity had been stripped away....but her true identity was a child of God.
